2 Rooms available in 4 bedroom flat

Hello!

We are two young girls looking for 2 new flatmates!
We live in a 4 bedroom flat, 2 of our flatmates are moving out and we need 2 new people to fill the rooms in from the 5th of April!
The flat is located in Redland, very close to the Arches and Gloucester Rd. Walkable distance to the city centre (around 15 minutes) and bus stops to city centre and Southmead just in front of the house. Shops, super markets, pubs and all what you need is around the área!
The flat is newly refurbished, it has a big living room and a kitchen facing Gloucester Road.
The rooms available are:

- One big double room with ensuit bathroom. (45O£) + BILLS (around 75£, depending of the month).
- Small doublé room (400£)+ BILLS. This person would share bathroom with another room.
Both rooms as unfurnished but the girls currently living in them are interested in selling their furniture!

We are two spanish Young profesional girls (26-28). We are keen on socializing at home so we are looking for someone that likes sharing experiences and time with the rest of the people in the flat. We like watching films, cooking, playing games, travelling... We also work day/night shifts so we need someone respectful with our sleep hours. Looking for someone tidy, clean and easy going!
