We have a beautiful large double room in Redland available to rent starting ASAP until mid August (with the possibility of renewal).

It's a large light filled top floor flat, which is clean and well-kept. It has a nice windows and good surrounding views. There's a good sized living room and dining room with lots of space throughout. The room itself comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Oakland Road is a lovely quiet residential street although it’s very close to shops, bars, restaurants and cafe’s. As well as having the Down's, Park Street, Stokes Croft and Clifton Village within 15min walk.

You will be sharing the flat with three friendly professionals, including one couple and one single female, all aged around their mid-twenties.. The house vibe is very friendly and there's a large communal living room which is great to hang out in and watch tv or have a few drinks on weekends. There is also a nice sized kitchen and a good sized shared bathroom.

This let is for 3 months with potential to extend at landlords discretion. The landlord is quite laid back, so no fees required, only a deposit before the move in date and the rent for the upcoming month + bills when they come in.

Rent is £530 plus bills which are usually about £80 a month per person.
