Lovely Double Room Gloucester Road

I’m looking for a new flat mate to join me in my cosy Redland flat as my current flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The location is excellent, right beside Gloucester Road and just a 15/20 minute walk to town.

It’s unfurnished but has room for a double bed and some furniture. It also has some double doors leading to an outside area. The rest of the flat is furnished but I don’t mind if there’s anything else you’d like to add to make it more homely. It also comes with a nice patio/garden area which is great for sunbathing.

Bills are roughly £140 on top of above price.

You’ll be sharing with myself. I’m 27 and work in the centre in the hospital. I work shifts, some weeks I can be home quite a lot others not so much. But I don’t mind sharing with any kind of work pattern! I just ask that you’re clean and tidy. In my spare time I train a lot at the gym, but also like watching live music, good food and drink. The flat itself is fairly small, so it’s important that we get on, though I do like my own space at times too.
