Beautiful large double bedroom in Clifton/Redland

I am looking for a lovely lodger to come and stay in my newly renovated home just off Whiteladies Road, Clifton. The flat is situated on a Georgian street very near Clifton Down train station and all the cafes and local shops and restaurants that Whiteladies Road, and the newly pedestrianised Cotham Hill, have to offer.

It’s a very large double bedroom with large (almost walk-in!) wardrobe and sash window. The room has been beautifully furnished and has just been fitted with wool cream carpets.

I have put in a bespoke bathroom (with bath) & kitchen complete with handmade tiles and built in window seat. The flat is newly decorated, carpeted throughout & has a new wood burning stove. It has gorgeous period features including sash windows throughout.
I’ve put in window boxes and filled them with roses which smell lovely!

I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and appreciates a beautiful home.

Bills are £100 per month and there is on-street parking available.

I am looking for a Mon-Fri Lodger (generally no working from home, but happy to discuss if you need to from time to time) and I’m happy to discuss a short or long term stay. I am looking for someone to move in around the 17th October.
