Medium Size Room on nice Redland Street

Hi There. a room is becoming available in our spacious flat in Redland as our housemate is moving to London for work. The room is a reasonable size and gets lots of sunlight through the day. The Flat is basically the whole ground floor of a huge 3 story Georgian house with high ceilings and access to the big garden via the kitchen(This is shared with the flats upstairs via a side gate but they dont use it much)

The décor is a little dated but everything works in the house. The fridge/freezer got replaced just this week, and the shower about a month ago. The central heating system is also fairly new.

Its a nice quiet road in a prime spot nestled between Clifton, Gloucester Road, and the city centre. There are several corner shops a stones throw away and Whiteladies road is a 15 minute walk away for supermarkets ect.

One housemate is currently working from home but he is on the far side of the flat to the room available so is no disturbance. i myself am currently working in the office with occasional days at home. We keep a clean and tidy house and its fairly low maintenance between the 3 of us. Its a very chilled and quiet house and we would like someone who would fit into that dynamic.

Another veggie would be great as i am veggie myself and the other housemate is pescatarian but this isnt a deal breaker.

The landlord is a nice old guy who is not too tech savvy hence why we are advertising the room for him. the £433 includes the council tax and the other bills are quarterly and get popped through the letter box by the landlord when they come. we also have nice fast wifi thats strong across the whole flat.

The landlord is looking for someone who is working full time, he has had issues with students in the past apparently. Someone clean and tidy, and friendly and chilled is ideally what we are looking for.
