I will be moving out of this lovely shared flat in Redland (close to the Downs). The room will be available from 17th October onwards.
The room available is a large double with alcove window in a top floor flat.
The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
The flat has an open plan kitchen & living & dining room, and 2 bathrooms.
Your future housemates are both very friendly and into a range of sporting activities, and enjoy a glass of wine. We sometimes cook together and hang out but also do our own thing. We have lots of lovely plants and also love a bit of creative stuff. It’s a really peaceful flat and we all take care of it.
The rent due for move in date of 17th October will total £242 and bills will be £58. From then onwards rent is £550 + bills of £120 (Inc. Council tax, water, electricity, WiFi, TV license) and will be due on the 1st of the month.
