We have a double room available in this lovely street close to the Downs and Whiteladies Road and with some small local shops and coffee shops on your doorstep. Great access to the centre, and Clifton area, including The Downs, so excellent for those warmer days ahead , for walks, exercise, picnics with friends! The room is £170 / week including bills.

• Live in House Manager who cleans daily keeping the house to a high standard.
• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder and toilet roll.
• Minimum 2 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival.
• Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
