One large double bedroom available in a lovely three bedroom flat in a great location in Redland.

The flat is very spacious, comes furnished and is in a great location. We're a short walk from Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft and Whiteladies with very easy access to the city centre.

The bedroom for rent comes with a kingsize bed, two double wardrobes (loads of storage space!) and it's own balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave and cooker.

There is on-street permit parking available and plenty of bus links nearby.

Currently, there are two professionals living here. We both have fairly regular working hours, but we're fairly social and like to cook and eat together a few times a week.

We're looking for someone fairly easy going, sensibly clean and looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates.
