Bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet for sole use of rental.

First floor comprises of: sitting room with flat screen TV and sofas. Dining room with eating area, wood burner and flat screen TV, modern fitted kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, American fridge freezer combi microwave/oven and single electric oven with induction hob. Conservatory with large well kept garden and 2 outdoor seating areas one covered the other offering large outdoor sofas, cantilever parasol, fire pit and BBQ just in case the sun comes out.
Fantastic location within walking distance of Gloucester Road(10 mins), Henleaze(10 mins) and Whiteladies Road(20 mins). For the more energetic of you it also takes 35 minutes to walk to the city centre at a leisurely pace. Good local bus links and close to motorway. Ideal for Southmead Hospital/MOD etc. Great selection of popular local pubs and eateries.
Free on street parking.

The property offers a homely clean and tidy environment which I would expect to be respected.
Living within the house are 2 cats.

I am retired and spend periods abroad. My 23 year old son works partly from home in the loft and in Bristol centre. My daughter returns occasionally from university. We are a friendly sociable fun loving family
