Hi! I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional to join a quiet, friendly flat share.

My name is Jenny, I'm 30 and am looking for a new flatmate, as my current flatmate has bought a house and is moving out.

I love cosy nights in, animals, houseplants, films (I watch a lot of films), TV, music, food, wine and crafting....

I have a lot of houseplants and am currently fostering some from work too 🌱

I'm looking for someone who would like to be fairly sociable - it would be nice to watch films and TV together when we can, but I won't be offended if you want to hang out in your room!

It is a bright unfurnished bedroom with a big built in wardrobe and a lovely view of the front garden.

We have a beautiful huge walled private garden which is all ours - the upstairs neighbours don't have access. It's full of mature shrubs which provide privacy and I top it up with pretty flowers too. We also have a vegetable patch so we get a decent supply of green beans in the summer!

The communal areas include a large fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc), a big hallway with storage and a spacious lounge. We also have a shared bathroom with a bath/shower.

The flat has a spare bedroom, which we can use for storage, for visitors (although we'd need to get an airbed or something), as a place to dry our washing, or for your desk if you'll be working from home... However, we are not allowed to take in another tenant for this room.

There is plenty of on street parking which is controlled by a residential parking scheme. We also have a shared driveway which can be used by visitors or by us occasionally.

The house is close to the Downs, Whiteladies Road, Clifton Village and with easy access to Clifton Down train station, in a residential, friendly and quiet neighbourhood.

The room is available from August for £630 per month. It is possible you may be able to move in sooner if my current flatmate moves out earlier - TBC.

I rent from a lovely landlord who manages the flat, but CJ Hole are the ones who set up the tenancy agreement etc for us.
