Large double room with two lovely flatmates

Hi we’re Lily and Patrick, 24 and 25. We have a large double room available for rent from 1st February in our gorgeous, large, light and spacious three bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a perfect location just off of Whiteladies Road, Redland. So we are close to plenty of shops and only a short walk (15-20 mints) to the city centre, Clifton Village or Gloucester Road.

The room is large, light and spacious with a large sash window looking out onto tree lined road. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and bedside table. The lounge has plenty of communal space and is interconnected to the conservatory that leads on to the roof terrace - perfect for balmy evenings, barbecues and a glass of wine in warm weather. If you can imagine it through the bitter cold weather we're having right now!

The room is £450 per month including Council Tax. Other bills (water, electric, gas, Virgin broadband and TV and TV license) come to about an average £80 pcm split across the year. The flat is privately owned (no agency fees!!) and you will be required to commit to a six month contract which will then automatically go in to a monthly rolling basis.

Now, a little bit about us:

I (Lily) work in bid management for a web design agency and Patrick is a maths researcher at the university completing his PHD. Like most, we can work long hours, so like our flat to be chilled, fun, clean… and stocked with wine and beer! We live independent lives but always love a good chin wag, going for dinner and lounging on the sofa binge watching Netflix. We have similar interests and spend our free time; reading, cooking, baking, going out to eat (we're big foodie), counterbalancing our foodie ways by going to the gym (sometimes...), going to see comedy/music/or whatever Bristol has to offer.

We are looking for a likeminded, considerate, friendly, clean and tidy professional. Our flat is our home and we are looking for someone who wants to share it with us, have dinner together every now and again, go for a drink or even just lounge with a good film.
