If you're looking for a short term let for July/ August near whiteladies road and the Downs, then please read on!
We have a decent size double room available for £550 per month (bills inc) available immediately for 4-6 weeks. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers - please note that not all furniture in the photos will be remaining in the room.
You'll have access to all shared communal areas, including bathroom (with separate bath & shower), lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. There is no lift up to the flat so unfortunately wouldn't be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs.
Parking is free after 5pm & at weekends - due to the short term availability of the room, permit to park during 9-5 wouldn't be available however there are roads nearby which you could potentially park on if needed. There is also a secure bike shed with small terrace area available on the ground floor which you can have access to.
