Huge room in a beautiful, quiet period three-bedroomed house in Redland/Westbury Park, with a double bed, TV and wi-fi. The lodger has their own toilet/bathroom, and their own private sitting room downstairs.

House has free on-street parking (no permits needed) and is two minutes' walk from the Downs and five minutes' walk from Whiteladies Road and BBC. There's a lovely garden at the back which you're free to enjoy. Shared kitchen.

I'm looking for a clean, considerate and non-smoking housemate. The room is available Sunday to Thursday nights inclusive (ie five nights a week). Fewer nights (at reduced rate) also considered.

Would suit professional person who lives elsewhere but needs a Bristol base during the week, and wants an alternative to a faceless and expensive hotel.
