Hello!
We have two spare room in our great house near Whiteladies road and the Downs. One large ensuite for £575; one single for £530.

About the house:
The house is ideal in terms of size and location. The house has everything you could want including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv, all kitchen items, fully furnished, etc. There is a balcony off the living room. We have a parking space and a garage so space for cars, and there are secure bike sheds.
The house is on three floors - the ground floor is the garage plus room 1. The middle floor is the living room, spare bathroom and kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

I've tried to include as much detail as I can here, but if you have any other questions or are interested please get in touch! The rooms are available 15th September, if you can come view this week that wouuld be great (I can also speak over phone/skype). I know the price is high but when you see the house you'll see that it's worth it!
