You have your own bathroom and toilet, ideal for social distance, as you almost use the whole flat, because I hardly cooking and have own toilet, sink etc.

All bills included in the rent, so you have nothing extra to pay each month. Gas, electricity, council tax, water, sewage, broadband... all included. The quiet double bedrooms are furnished and Available immediately.

Bristol town centre is approx 30 minutes away by foot. The bus stops 3 minute from the house. university of Bristol is 20 minutes away. 2 minutes to whiteladies road.

The house has a large kitchen with new gas cooker and new washing machine. large separate landing area. Two rooms with own sinks. There are two toilets, so we never crowd and have a lot space and resources.

There is off-street parking free in the evening and weekend, and residents parking scheme during charging period: £1 per day.

Not suitable for low income applicant due to high council tax and spacious size in semi-detached Victorian House with sash windows and in Consevation area.

Ideal for people working at University of Bristol, Airbus, BBC or companies in whiteladies road. Also welcome international student.
