It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, kitchen chairs, an extendable table for dining and a desk for study with a good reading lamp. Crockery, pots & pans are also supplied as well as bookshelves for personal items. The Broadband and Wifi provider is Virgin Media.

The bathroom has both a power shower and bath and is shared with the other resident. If you are a cyclist, there is a covered outdoor secure space for a bike should you need it. A washing machine for laundry is available.

The accommodation is located in the picturesque old village, but only 5 minutes’ walk from supermarkets and the A4 from where there is a bus every 12 minutes into Bath or Bristol. Beautiful walking countryside can be reached within moments and the cycle track and River Avon are both at the end of the road. Bath Spa University, in particular, is situated just a few miles away and is accessible via the cycle track. The village has its own doctor’s and dental surgeries, library, pubs, church and a community centre offering a wide variety of courses and activities. There is on street parking available in view of the house.
