A 5 minute drive to the M5 and then on to the world beyond.

About a 2 minute walk to the lovely village of Shirehampton. It has good facilities including Doctor Surgery/Health Centre, Local shops and a range of good take aways.

The room is a single room, with single bed and chest of drawers. Bedding and bed linen can be provided.

The downstairs comprises of a lounge. An open plan kitchen/ Dining and another sitting area and a downstairs WC.

Kitchen includes Fridge Feezer, Washing machine, Double oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. You will have access to utensils and cooking facilities.

On street parking with no parking meters or time restrictions. There is a small garden to the rear.

Rent is £300 per month and includes all utility bills, broadband, contents insurances, TV licence etc.

Non-smoker and no pets.

Must be employed and an employers reference will be requested. Full months deposit required and firsts months rent up front. I will also require a passport as a form of ID.

This is a private rental and no agency fees are required.
