This is a simple share with just me and whoever takes the room.

Access to the A4 Portway and M5 Motorway are just a couple of minutes away. The Park and Ride and Train Station to Temple Meads are also easily accessible.

Local shops are just a few minutes walk away. You will be living in the heart of Shirehampton.

The room is 14 feet by 7 feet with two windows so it is nice and light and airy. It has full black out blinds so is very good for sleep.

I am looking for someone who can hold a conversation. Someone who can talk about pretty much anything and has an open mind. Somebody who respects that we also need our own space.

Most of all, you must be honest and respectful and look after my home in the same way I do. If you are someone who doesn't care about saving energy and wants the heating on all the time, then this won't be suitable for you. I am looking for someone who agrees with fair usage and turns things off when they are not being used.

I am a fairly quiet person and don't like lots of noise so this will suit someone who is looking for somewhere to live that is uncomplicated.
