Double Room in Pretty Countryside near Bath

*Ideally no one working from home during the day Monday - Friday, as we work from home*
*We have a cat*

Hi we are Jen & Ben and we have a double room to rent, available now.
£500 per month, all bills included. We normally ask £10 per month on top of this for housekeeping items, loo roll, hand wash, kitchen roll, bin bags, cleaning products, etc.
The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of draws, clothes rail & full length mirror.
There is another lodger in the house as well, Zoe, who is a 22 year old marine engineer.

Our house is in Shoscombe, a village 10 minutes from the outskirts of Bath / 20 mins from the centre.
There are lots of lovely country walks from the doorstep and countryside views front and back.
You will need your own transport, there are buses to Bath but the bus stop is a 20 minute walk on unlit country roads.

We have recently renovated the house – just finishing some areas of decoration, as and when we can.
The house is light, airy and peaceful. We are friendly and relaxed but also respectful of space, as well as being clean and tidy and expect lodgers to be as well.

The kitchen, diner & separate utility room are fully equipped with all mod cons and are shared spaces. There are also two reception rooms and front and back gardens to share. Family bathroom is shared, along with a WC downstairs. There is also highspeed broadband and free on street parking.

We are live in landlords, both professionals who work at home and out of the house. (Jen more at home / Ben more out of the house)
We have a friendly cat and are looking for professionals to lodge with us. (one room already taken)

The village has a pub and the local shops are only a 5 min drive or 20min walk away.
As mentioned above, central Bath is 20mins drive.
Bristol is a 40min drive.
