Hello. I am a live-in Landlord and am looking for somebody to move into my recently renovated three-bedroom home.

I have one large furnished double bedroom which is light, airy, and perfect for a professional. There is plenty of room for a Queen size bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. Room size 4.4m x 3.4m.

I bought the house a few years ago and have completely renovated it since then. The communal spaces are great. Especially the open-plan kitchen and dining space which includes new modern appliances throughout, an instant boiling hot tap for a quick tea or coffee, and an intelligent built-in sound system you can control from your phone. There is also a modern double oven and separate island hob system.

The lounge has two super comfortable sofas and a spacious layout perfect for unwinding.

The 50m garden is huge and I'm planning on giving it a complete overhaul by the end of this year.

My road connects to Southmead hospital and I am about 2mins away from a major bus route that can take you either to the center or towards Rolls Royce/Airbus/MOD.

Rent includes all bills, super-fast internet connection and council tax.
