Room or study/ home office available for 1 month

Hi all,

My housemate is joining a little later than expected due to covid restrictions! This means I am feeling a bit lonely and would love to have some company and someone to drink tea with while working from home/ mooching around.

I have a room available for a study/ place to stay on a short-term basis.

For use as a study/ art studio/ home office- Monday-Friday, I would accept £50 a week.

It's available from 9th August until the beginning of September (dates to be confirmed but most likely free until approximately the 3rd of September, or 10th at the latest).

For use as a room for one month, I would accept £90 a week all bills included as a short-term let. The contract would be on a weekly basis, so it really would only be good for people travelling to Bristol for the month, or people needing somewhere in-between places, as the room is taken from approximately the 3rd of September.

Just looking for a bit of company, I am open to being flexible about the needs of the individual. Such as a Monday-Friday let etc.
