Furnished double room with ensuite

I am moving abroad and therefore looking for a replacement lodger for this lovely double room in a shared house.

The room will be available from the 10th December 2021.

The room itself is fully furnished and consists of a double bed, small desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. The ensuite has a small basin, toilet, shower and a large above-stairs cupboard. All bills are included in the rent of £570.

The house is shared with 1 fluffy cat and 3 friendly international people (Italian, Greek and Polish), with one of them being the live-in landlord.
The house has a living room, garden and a kitchen with washer-dryer at your disposal. Street-parking is available and if you cycle, there is a bike rack in the front garden.
There is also a bus stop 1 minute away for bus route 2, 2a and 76.
The shops are located less than 10 minutes' walk away, including Lidl, Aldi and local Tesco.
Southmead hospital is 10 minutes' walk away.

We are looking for a postgraduate student or a professional who are very clean and tidy, are cat-lovers and would treat this house as their own. If you are interested, please write me a message with a little info about yourself and whatever questions you may have.
