Lovely spacious double room in whole family house. We are looking for a couple or single person to move into our house while we are away. You will get the whole use of the house (except for our bedroom) for 95% of the time which includes the kitchen/living room, a front living room with wood burner, bathroom, front and back gardens. There is a possibility of a small second bedroom for your use, which we can discuss depending on your needs.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished-you can decide. We would prefer someone to stay for a minimum of 3 months, who will be clean and tidy, look after our place and make themselves at home. The cost will be £800 per month to include some bills, which we can discuss further when we meet. If you are looking for a nice, cosy and comfortable place to stay for a few months over the winter then this could be for you.

The house will be on the market during this period so we would like to find someone who will be able to accommodate this and be able to keep the place clean and tidy. The viewings will happen with reasonable advance notice and will always be accompanied by the agent.

The location is great, we live in a semi-detached house in Southmead in a no-through road. We are very close to Westbury on Trym, Southmead Hospital and Airbus at Filton, There are great transport links with the dual carriageway out to Cribbs Causeway and the M5 as well as a bus stop 2 mins walk away for a number 2 and 76 buses. There is plenty of free parking in our street. .
