Hi, I am looking for one or two people to share my large 4 bed house with me which is located just off North Street. I have two double bedrooms on offer and the bathroom on the same floor is for pretty much exclusive use of these rooms. I will also consider someone wanting to take both rooms and the bathroom for £950 pcm bills incl. Rooms are currently on offer unfurnished or furnished - The room dimensions are (Room 1: 12'9" x 13'3", Room 2: 13'3" x 12'2"). Shorter term let considered and will depend on how many days per week. Minimum rent for short let is £175 per week (all bills included).
The monthly rent for longer term house share seekers includes all bills (gas, electronic, council tax, twice weekly clean, house consumable products such as detergent, cleaning products etc.
I will consider dogs, but we need to discuss circumstances (behaviour traits and socialisation etc.)
About me: I am busy professional and have a wide network in and out of Bristol. I sometimes have my whippet stay with me (about one weekend a month). I do not eat meat or dairy, but have no problem with you making meaty meals as long as you're happy to clean up after yourself.
