Friendly houseshare in BS3

My lovely room has just become available due to me changing jobs. It is a spacious double in the attic room of a three bed houseshare. The room is unfurnished but this could be negotiated.

You would be sharing with 2 other girls who both work at a creative agency in the city centre.

It is a 20/25 minute walk into town and a 3 minute walk from North Street. On street parking is free if you have a car.

The rent is £417 per month. Bills are excluded but these usually work out about £100 p/m. Bills are worked out between us and settled up every month so it’s essential that you’re happy with this arrangement. There is also a one off £180 agency fee for credit checks and contract changes and a fee when the tv license is due to be paid. The deposit is 6 weeks rent and will be held in a deposit scheme by the landlord who we deal with privately.

The house in total has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer and a bathroom downstairs. There is also a small garden area outside.

We are looking for a working professional who is clean, easy to get along with and likes to have a chat over a mug of tea and a packet of biscuits. We do dinners together occasionally but also respect each other’s space. It really is a lovely house to live in in a great location.
