Hi! My flatmate Mari and I are looking for a new mate to join us in our house in Southville, from mid March. We are 3 min walk from Whapping Wharf so very close to the centre, and 5-10 mins from North Street. The room is a huge double with a fab view over Bristol and is fully furnished. We have a decent sized kitchen and oversized bathroom and living room (complete with hideous red wall) and a lot of plants.
We work full time so it's generally a pretty chill house during the week, but we hang out as much as poss and have the odd shared (veggie) meal, and often find ourselves in stokes croft at the weekends! Between us we enjoy cooking, climbing, running, books, films, art, music, plants...
The room is £430 per month plus bills, and there's also a £200 agency fee to pay (😠) and ~£600 deposit. Contract would initially be for 6 months (til mid September), but it's likely we'll want to stay on after that. No students sorry, need to be in full time work. Please send me a message if you're interested and we can arrange a viewing soon!
