Double room available in beautifully renovated house share with one other friendly male. Situated just off North Street in the heart of Southville, Bristol.

The house is very close to local amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cafe's - but on a no-through road so very peaceful. Bristol Harbourside and Wapping Wharf are just a short walk away and there are great bus links to the city centre and Temple Meads train station.

The room is a double and comes furnished. There is one bathroom (shared) with shower over the bath, a well-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a pretty courtyard garden off the lounge/diner. There is a small bedroom that is used as an office and storage space.

Current housemate (Matt) works Monday - Friday (mixture of office and home based at the moment) and enjoys relaxing at home, cooking, socialising, exercising etc. Its a very homely home so would be looking for someone like minded - who has similar interests and is considerate!

Price includes all bills (Council Tax. Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi and Netflix). 1 months rent required as deposit. 1 month minimum (with the view to roll on a monthly basis). Residents on street permit parking is available but for an extra fee. Professional, non-smokers only.
