Lovely bright and spacious double bedroom available in a 6 bed house share. Fantastic location, just opposite the Tobacco Factory. I have absolutely loved living on North street with heaps of bars, restaurants and independent shops on your doorstep. The house itself is currently occupied by 5 other young working professionals, so looking for someone similar to move in. Everyone is extremely easy going and like to socialise, whilst equally respecting other people's space and allowing you to do your own thing. The rent is £615 per month but this includes all bills (internet, council tax etc). The bedroom advertised is the only one situated on the ground floor. This can be quite nice however as you have free reign of downstairs/kitchen in the evenings. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, so there is never any difficulty getting ready in the mornings. The kitchen is very large, with two ovens and two fridge/freezers. There is also a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. It literally has everything you would possibly need!
