My lovely housemate is moving out after 2 years so have a double bedroom available in my much-loved flat.

Double room with own bathroom

The room is a good size, furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room also has sole-use of the main bathroom (I have an ensuite) with a shower and bath.

The flat

The flat was my sister’s for 3 years until she moved away 2 years ago so it’s very loved and looked after. It’s very much a home and somewhere to relax and chill out.

The flat has incredible views across Ashton Court and of Clifton Suspension Bridge and has a large balcony (perfect for sunny evenings and views of the Balloon Fiesta in the summer!). It has a lovely large open plan kitchen, dining and living room space, plus the company of lots of house plants! There’s also a fridge freezer dishwasher, washing machine and lots of storage.

It’s in an incredible location, 5 minutes to Ashton Court/ Bower Ashton, 10 minutes from Harbourside and 10 minutes from North Street, as well as access to good public transport including the M2 Metrobus (Long Ashton – Temple Meads Station), and loads of bus routes from Blackmoors Lane stop that go straight into town (10 mins bus ride).

The flat comes with 1 allocated parking space which I use, however there are some visitor spaces and unallocated spaces available on the estate. There is also a large bike shed where you can securely keep a bike.

Me

A bit about me - my name is Jenny. I moved from London to Bristol just over 2 years ago. I enjoy going out for drinks and food, pub quizzes, running, country walks (pub lunches a must!), as well as coming home to chill, cook and watch TV and films. I’m currently a student retraining as an Occupational Therapist at UWE.

I’m looking for a female housemate who’ll be easy-going, clean, tidy and sociable, and is up for chatting over cups of tea and wine!

The rent

The rent is £650.00 per month (bills all included), with a deposit of £650.00.

Bills include water, electricity, council tax, flat service charge, TV, Virgin Media Broadband and Netflix.
