The house is located in a great part of Southville - within a 5 minute walk from the following places:

- Ashton Gate stadium (the road does not get any through traffic however)
- Plus many more excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe's on North Street

Easy 25min walk into town or 10min cycle (all cycle path)
