Double room in lovely Southville flat

Hi, I have a double room in this lovely two bed flat in Southville. It's an ideal location, 5 min walk to both Wapping Wharf and North Street, 15 mins to the centre and the whole area has a really nice vibe. The flat is spacious (massive living room) and light. It's currently furnished with my furniture, so no worries if you don't have any, but if you do I'm happy to make space for it! The bedroom can have the bed included or it can be moved out if you don't need it. There is a built in cupboard/wardrobe in the living room which would be yours for extra storage if you need it.

I'm looking for someone who wants a chilled but sociable atmosphere at home, some shared dinners (I'm veggie, love cooking), wine, netflix, the usual, and maybe the odd weekend walk or pub trip. I like music, swimming, reading, travelling, festivals. Also like having friends round (during normal life), this is a great flat for hosting 😊

Bills come to about £150/month. No pets allowed 😔 but plants very welcome. The room is available for moving in any time between Xmas and 16th Jan. Let me know if you want to arrange a viewing & tell me a bit about yourself.
