Great location, on North St in diverse, cultural and hip Southville. Rated one of the best areas for young professionals. Just south of the river, Southville is known as 'Little Clifton' and named as the 4th best place to live in Britain if you are single! (Sunday times 2014).
It has a lovely COMMUNITY feel and a fantastic place for FOODIES and CREATIVES. Explore the local area for al-fresco dining and drinks, global and INDEPENDENT eateries such as the Tobacco Factory, local shops such as the Rare Breeds Butcher, nearby Aldi, pharmacy, deli and other amenities. Try Mark’s artisan bread, sample Bristol’s best at the Bristol Beer Factory then walk it off in Greville Smyth Park, 5 minutes away, or work up a sweat at the gym opposite the house. Look out for the weekend Farmer’s Markets, Upfest and the Lantern Parade.

It's an easy 20 minute walk from the house to CITY CENTRE restaurants and bars in Harbourside. There is also a main cycle route along the pavement on Coronation Rd to the City Centre and plenty of buses. 5 minutes cycle to Bristol Temple Meads

THE HOUSE

The house is newly refurbished. The bedrooms each have a different feel but all are fully furnished, with a comfy bed, blackout blinds or curtains, masses of sockets, fast broadband and plenty of storage.

The communal space is all about COOKING and SOCIALISING. In the living area, you'll find ample seating, a high definition TV and artworks adorning the walls.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped - it contains all of the pots, pans and utensils you'll need. Dedicated kitchen storage, fridge and freezer space and convenience and remove the annoyances of traditional shared living.

Outside, there’s a good sized GARDEN patio to enjoy the sunshine and hang-out with a beer (or glass of wine as you prefer) or have a BBQ with a garden table and seating for 4.
