Downstairs Double room available in four bed house share to rent from January / Early Feb 2021.

Looking for a working professional, preferably 28-35 male to join and our wonderful house of Sara, Victoria and I.

The house is made up of great open and social spaces to relax, watch films, sit outside in the garden, enjoy the odd BBQ and dinner party (when we're out of these Covid Tiers) and play music whilst cooking!

Bills and rent come to £420 per calendar month. Household bills include (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Internet and Virgin Media TV).

Please note, the first month comes to a rough total of £835. This includes the first month rent and deposit (month and a half) and the Agency fee.

We’ll look to provide virtual tours of the house first before moving on to an informal viewing if we get on! :)
