Large room in house with a view on Windmill Hill

Looking for a new person for large furnished double room in our home ,in Windmill Hill, Bedminster. Our current lodger is leaving when her studies finish .. We are close to North Street which is a vibrant area with cafes , vintage clothes and record shop, creative centres , yoga studio and trendy bars . There is a lovely park Victoria Park nearby. The room has large double bed / fitted wardrobe / lots of storage , stripped pine floorboards /lamp and desk .
I work for NHS/ charity in Bristol. full time I live in the house with my 20year old son and partner ( who is here some of the week ) A big must is you must be ok with a friendly dog called Lottie - she’s a Patterdale terrier who is here when my partner is ( although she is out of the house at work during the day !! ) we also have reptiles( but they are in my sons room ) .
We are both vegan / vegetarian & meat eaters in the house - but tend to eat alot of vegan food . Would like someone who is sociable and friendly , respectful that it’s a family house and at times I may occasionally have family to stay .
We have a fab garden with an amazing view of Bristol.
The set up would
suit a student / young professional . i have had postgrad / final year students here the last few years and that’s worked well for them - but would also welcome anyone working too .
There is street parking outside - sometimes busy - but I’ve always managed to park outside. We are really accessible to the rest of Bristol here - so you don’t really need to use a car .
At the moment the room is available from mid July / August / September .- I’d like to get someone for a year or more ideally - but open to shorter term if needed . We are a short walk to the centre of Bristol and near train station. Its an easy 30 mins walk from here to the University -
Gaol ferry steps and the docks are a short walk from here too .

Monthly rent includes all the bills
