We have a few generous sized doubles available in Southville sharing with a graduate professional and a working undergraduate in their 20's. Southville is a great location being in the city centre and next to North St with its feel good factor independent shops, bars and restaurants and the Tobacco factory with its many cultural events. There is an Aldi and an Asda close by.
2 people are staying on The others are moving in with partners and one person has been here for 4 years and wants a change of area!
It would best suit single graduate professional, male or female, in their 20's from out of town looking to share with other graduate professionals in order to make new friends and contacts more easily and quickly.
The House has all the usual mod cons and exposed wooden floors throughout.
Rooms generally come partly furnished though one is unfurnished
