My place is good for people who are on work placements or mature students not wanting the chaos a shared house might entail. The property comprises of exclusive use of separate toilet shower room, kitchen ( x2 hob, oven, microwave, fridge /freezer washing machine) and lounge with bunk bed/ work space style bed.
This is a quiet non party environment. The road is off the main road and hight street so less traffic noise.. The landlord lives at the premises and you would be a lodger at the property.
