Here you will find the renowned TOBACCO FACTORY, a brilliant cafe bar with a separate multi-purpose space, used for all sorts including indoor markets and yoga classes. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants, perfect for great nights out without having to go into the City.

Among the countless coffee shops is the newly opened TinCan Coffee Co.
This area also has many INDEPENDENT shops including delis, 2 butchers, a greengrocer, a fishmonger and an artisan bakery. There is a gym very close by, opposite the late opening Aldi supermarket.

The sitting room is in a lovely orangery, heated so it can be used all year round and includes a seating and dining area. It is filled with light and looks out onto the newly landscaped garden. This enclosed area is perfect area for sitting out and enjoying a BBQ in the summer! There is also a bike rack for secure bike storage.
