We’re about 30 seconds away from The Tobacco Factory and North St - no need to even venture into town as there’s lots of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby. (Also super convenient for shopping - 30 seconds away from Aldi and 10 mins from Asda!) There’s also a lovely park about 5 mins away.
RENT/FEES:
Rent is £560 per month (this includes all bills as well as a fortnightly communal cleaner, Virgin TV and broadband).
An agency fee of £199 is required to secure the room (unfortunately non-negotiable, as the property is managed by an agency), plus a deposit of one month’s rent
