The room has been recently re-decorated and has a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The city centre is a 10 minute drive/cycle or there are regular busses from the end of the road.
There is a large Co-op, take aways, cafe and doctors 2 mins walk from the house.

I am looking for someone who is reasonably quiet, but doesn’t just sit in their room the whole time.

No pets, couples or smoking.

The rent includes all bills and a deposit of one month’s rent will be required upfront.
