Room to rent in very quiet household in Broomhill

Update, because of the current situation with Coronavirus I am not myself living at the house but with another family.
I will therefore only accept long-term lodgers and not people who travel a lot at present and who are not prepared to be very careful and self-responsible re their own and others safety.

Another long-term lodger is officially also living in the house but will now also be away for quite some time as she is gone back to Spain to be with her family for some time, but she will eventually come back.

So, this is a small room in very quiet household. (Small boxroom)
Only 1-2 minutes walk to bus number 1 which goes straight to the city centre.
5 minutes walk to very large nature reserve - so you get both the city and the country in one.

Smoking permitted only in the garden (bus shelter kind of smoking shelter provided)
Other than that a happy, laid back atmosphere with easy going surroundings where we respect each other's space. (Although right now, during virus times you would be in the house on your own).
This is a basic but very friendly household.

You do not have a TV in your room but you do have unlimited Wifi.
You are welcome to use the kitchen (light cooking) and the and also the garden, which is beautiful in the summer - I grow lots of herbs (or I try) and if anything is growing at the time you are more than welcome to help yourself and hang out in the large garden and patio on summer days...

The bathroom is (usually) shared between 2 so please be considerate like we all are and do not spend hours in there.
