We are looking for x4 new roommates to move in as a shared household in St Anne's, Bristol, BS4. Rent is £1,400 PCM in total (£350 PCM per Room - excl bills). The house is ideal for a house-share due to its layout, however, is open to all.

The property is managed directly by the landlord, so there are no agency fees involved, just a deposit, month's rent in advance and a fee to cover your credit checks.

The house is a great size and all x4 bedrooms are doubles. The house will be un-furnished, but some furniture can be negotiated if needed dependent on the room. There's a large garden and patio area, with space to lock bikes up securely. Parking is available on the street outside. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are of a good size, and well equipped. Key appliances such as fridge, freezer, washing machine are all included. There are x2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs!
Bills have currently been set-up and shared equally amongst all the tenants directly but an alternative arrangement could be organised. Bills on average are £50 per month.

The area is close to St George's Park, and there are local shops within 3 mins walk of the house. Bristol City Centre is a 35m bus ride away, bus stops are directly outside the house on the street, or a 20 min cycle.

We're looking for people who can move in ASAP and initiate a new tenancy agreement. The rooms are a great price for their size and the location is really good.
