Double bedroom available in a cottage located in a mendip village (BA3 5JS). You would access to the rest of the house including:

Bathroom (shower and storage space for your towels and bathroom things)

Kitchen (washing machine, fridge, microwave, all cooking utensils and crockery can be used as well)

Living room (access to TV)

Porch (space for coats and shoes)

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and lamp, book shelf, desk and cupboard with hanging space and shelves. I am happy to put a chest of draws in for someone as well.

£500 a month including some bills. Council tax, water and sewage, Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Gas and electricity would be shared equally. Electric would be £23 a month each and gas currently is very low but will be higher in the winter months.

Room is available from the 24th July 2022.
This would be ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors, with several footpaths within 100m of the house. The village hosts a shop, post office, pub and village hall.

I am a live in landlord with a busy life. I am a teacher, play rugby and do CrossFit, so am in and out of the house and spend time at my boyfriends as well.

You would need to be able to drive as the bus services are very limited to the village.

The closest town is Shepton Mallet which is about a 10 minute drive and has everything you need.
