This room is in our grade II listed family home. It is probably best described as an annexe room, with it's own kitchen and shower room/toilet. Entry is through the main house back door and large shared hallway/lobby. The room has a king-size bed and furniture as pictured. The house is at the bottom of a small valley, just off the A38. It is a 10 minute walk to the excellent local pub (The Fox, Old Down) and a 5 minute walk to The Masons Arms on the A38, next to the bus stop. Most local takeaways deliver to us including a Chinese and an Indian restaurant. On the farm we breed alpacas and there are plenty of country walks on the doorstep. There is also easy access to local amenities in Alveston and Thornbury.  We are around a 10 minute drive to Aztec West and 15-20 minutes from Airbus / Rolls Royce and the MOD.

The fully furnished room will suit a non-smoking / non-vaping, professional person working locally. For Monday to Friday only the room is available for £800 pcm.
