Hi potential new housemate!

We have a lovely, garden view double room which has been recently decorated available in a sociable and friendly house share in Totterdown.

Our house is a large, Victorian property with a private garden, large kitchen-diner, a spacious and comfy living room as well as an office. Located a 10 minutes drive from Temple Meads and frequent buses straight into town, you would be sharing with two working professional females; Mia and Giselle.

The road is also not permitted so there’s lots of free parking on the road and in the area, with Redcatch Park and Victoria park minutes away.

We work the usual 9-5 grind and like to spend our free time together watching bad reality tv and box sets so would ideally be looking for someone to join in. We also respect each other’s space if we just want a chilled evening.

We are looking for someone sociable, clean and tidy and who is looking for a new home rather than just a room to rent. The room has become available as our current housemate Gemma is moving to London for her dream job.

The room has been recently decorated and the carpets steamed. It also has a lovely view of the garden and is located on the first floor at the back of the house. The room is unfurnished (apart from a chest of drawers) however Gemma is looking to sell her bed frame and new mattress.

Wifi and bills aren’t included in the rent, however depending on the time of year it usually works out around £130 each per month.

The room will be available from the 22nd of September however if you like the sound of us, please get in contact and we can discuss you popping round for a viewing and a chat. Please note that a weeks worth of September rent and bills as well as the full deposit will need to be paid before moving in.

Unfortunately no smoking, pets, students, part-time professionals or housing benefits are allowed.
