1 Month only!! Double Room in Totterdown Bills INC

Hi!

(Note this a one month only tenancy!!!!!)

My lovely housemate is moving out at the end of October and I am looking for someone to fill her room for one month.
Starting November 1 and ending December 1.

Good for anyone who is looking to move but need a place in the meantime or someone who just needs a place real quick for a month!

I will be taking over the flat come December 1 with my partner but because of rental crossovers she's still paying rent for another place so she can't move in til December 1 so we need someone in for the month of November!

The room is on the top floor of a terraced house near the Jamia Mosque, with an open-plan kitchen-living room and a bathroom (with a bath).
Totterdown is a great location for some local pubs and is walking distance from the city centre (10 - 15 mins depending on walking speed, less than 10 mins cycle!) as well as being very close to Temple Meads.
Also near the lush Victoria park which is great for some nice fresh scenery as well.

Bit about me, I am Danny, 29 year old male. Work 3 days a week in town and work the rest at home!
Like to socialise and have a big chat.

Basically looking someone sound. No alt-right, no qanon bellends and no dodgy feckers.

Remember this is only for one month.
Rent (417.50) to be paid to the landlord and bills (135) to be paid to me on the first day of the tenancy.
