If you are looking for a relaxed comfortable home Monday to Friday, this may suit.

The house is a light, spacious and comfortable Victorian terrace located in Totterdown, BS3. There is shared use of the living room, kitchen, utility, south facing garden, etc.

The bedroom on offer is large, light and furnished with double bed (new mattress), Toshiba TV with integral dvd player, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, storage cupboard, desk, chair and armchair and is spacious enough for relaxing or working in if privacy is required. Wifi is provided. The room comes with its own bathroom (shower over bath, washbasin, WC) however, its not ensuite but situated at the rear of the house so is quite private but dressing gowns are provided. The street is quiet and peaceful also.

The house has 3 bedrooms but one of them is used as an office.

Its in a great location, 15 mins walk to Temple Meads Station and transport links and 30 mins walk to the harbourside and centre of the town. Paintworks and Temple Quay areas are reasonably close. Victoria Park is 2 minutes walk away. There are a couple of great pubs in the area with live bands and great beers/ food and a small Tescos, veg shop and bakery at the top of the road which are reasonably well stocked.

It would suit someone looking for weekday accommodation whilst working in Bristol, but has a home elsewhere. Ideal for someone who is relaxed and friendly.

Bedding, linen, towels can be provided if required and there are a variety of dressing gowns available. I ll organise washing of these if required. Guests so far have loved the dressing gowns and often come home, settle down in front of the tv in one of the them! The occasional weekend stay can be accommodated if required.

Parking is first come, first served on the street.

Bills are included (Gas, electricity, water rates, wifi, tv licence etc)

I am a professional working in design which keeps me busy! Outside of that I enjoy various things, mainly arty and sporty!
