The house is on number one bus stop which takes only 20 mins into the town centre, and runs every 10 minutes during the week. There is also a no 20 bus to the university.

The rent is £430 pcm and all payments are included. The deposit is £430.

A cash deposit of £50 is needed to secure the room, and is non-refundable. It is deducted from the £430 deposit when the lodger moves in. 1 month notice is required when the tenancy ends. There is a shed for bikes and a sitting area in the garden.
