Room Available In Family Home

We have a double room available for lodging. We currently have one other lodger so the bathroom is shared between the two rented rooms. The room is offered furnished with a double bed, desk and large wardrobe.

The house is quiet and clean and we are looking for a lodger who will fit in with that!

We have a cat called Dave who is 10 and a 14 month old golden retriever. My partner and I own the property and occupy the top floor (town house).

We require a full month rent as a deposit as well as the first month up front. We ask for a minimum of 3 months commitment should you wish to lodge with us.

The house is conveniently located and a 5 min drive from the motorway junction, close to local shops and amenities as well as in walking distance of both Worle and Weston Milton train station. It is a very quiet family neighbourhood.
