We have a large bedroom available Monday to Friday with a king size bed in a very quiet location. Built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk/table. You will have sole use of the bathroom.
Recently redecorated and fitted with new carpet.
Good transport links and conveniently located for MOD, Rolls Royce, UWE, Aviva and Southmead Hospital.
On street parking and secure bike storage available.
The house is light and spacious, with a large kitchen/diner and living room. Lovely sunny south-facing garden.
Towels and bedding provided and washed for you. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly.
Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge and freezer space available.
We are looking for a professional person/mature student who will be a tidy, quiet and respectful house-guest.
The room is available on a Monday – Friday basis only, for one person and would be ideal for a professional person working in Bristol during the week and returning home at the weekends.
