Property is in a beautiful location. Close to bus routes into the city centre via Redland and Clifton. Close to Aztec west and motorway M5 an M4. Ten minutes to Rolls Royce and all the big Engineering companies in Filton by car. Within 5 min by car to South mead Hospital.

There is off street parking for 1 car but plenty on street parking. 2 min by foot into Westbury village where buses go to city centre or out to cribbs causeway.

I am a teacher . I do tutor some evenings so the dinning room may be used. I’m fairly easygoing. However there are a few basic rules that l will ask my sharer to follow.

A single room is available with a new small double bed. With a built in wardrobe. Side table and lamp. Bedding can be provided if needed. House has been all recently decorated with paint and carpets. There is a bath and separate shower this will be shared. An extra cloak room is down stairs as well. A beautiful large garden with a lovely decking area. Use of kitchen for heating food and Washing machine can be used.

Please be aware pork is not allowed as l am a Muslim. You are expected to clean up after use. I will provide cleaning products. No eating in the rooms. Dinning room is shared so meals can be eaten here. There is a tv in this room that is connected to sky.

Other requirement is that no shoes upstairs on the carpet. If your happy with some basic house rules then please get in touch. Only female professionals.
